Step with the left foot to the left, facing the left with square shoulders, landing in a front stance. Left hand comes down to block left knee. Right hand is in chamber.
Step forward with right foot into another front stance, punching with your right hand. Left hand is in chamber.
Take right foot and go clockwise 180 degrees, landing in a front stance with a low-block, right leg forward
Right foot comes together with the left foot, hammer fist with the right hand.
Step forward to the right with your left foot into a front stance, punching with your left hand. Right hand is in chamber
Take left foot and go counter-clockwise 90 degrees. Left-hand goes down into a low-block, right hand in chamber.
Do not change stance, left hand changes into a knife hand at sternum high
Once more do not change stance, left hand changes into a high block
Step forward with right foot into front stance, right hand high block.
Step forward with left foot into front stance, left hand high block.
Step forward with right foot into front stance, right hand high block.
Without changing stance, drop the high black, immediately followed with a left hand punch. KIA!
Spin counter-clockwise 270 degrees landing in a front stance with the left foot. Low block with the left hand.
Step-Forward punch with the right foot and arm.
Spin clockwise 180 degrees landing in a front stance with the right foot, low-block with the right arm.
Step forward punch with the left hand and foot.
Take left foot counter-clockwise 90 degrees landing in a front stance, low-block with left-hand.
Step forward punch with right hand and foot.
Step forward punch with left hand and foot.
Step forward punch with right hand and foot. KIA!!
Spin counter-clockwise 270 degrees landing in a back stance, left foot and hand forward knife hand block.
Take right foot and place 45 degrees towards the corner of the room with a right foot forward back stance. Right hand knife guard.
Take right foot and go 135 degrees, right foot towards the wall back stance. Right hand knife guard.
Take left foot and go 45 degrees towards corner of room, left foot forward back stance, with left hand knife guard. KIA!!
