Six Advanced One-Steps

SIX ADVANCED ONE-STEPS

1. ATTACK: Jab

DEFENSE: Parry, jab, front leg front kick, reverse punch.

2. ATTACK: Reverse punch

DEFENSE: High block, reverse punch, fade away left sidekick.

3. ATTACK: Hopping front kick

DEFENSE: Low block (while stepping with back leg), reverse punch, hook punch, any kick.

4. ATTACK: Back leg front kick

DEFENSE: Low block (while stepping with front leg), reverse punch, hook punch, any kick.

5. ATTACK: Switch stance round house kick

DEFENSE: Front knife hand block, jump spin back kick.

ALTERNATE DEFENSE: Block with front knee and front arm, reverse punch.

6. ATTACK: Reverse punch to the solar plexus

DEFENSE: Block with front forearm, back—fist, reverse punch, fade away left round house kick.
