1. Turn 90 degrees to the left into a left foot forward back stance, dynamic tension right hand high block, left hand middle block
2. Turn 180 degrees to the right into a right foot forward back stance, dynamic tension left hand high block, right hand middle block
3. Step up with left foot, then step out 90 degrees to the left to a low cross block
4. Step up with right foot to a reinforced middle block
5. Left foot behind knee, hands chamber at the right side
6. Bring left foot around to a crane stance, left foot side kick
7. Bring left foot down, right elbow strike
8. Step up with the left foot, hands in chamber at the left side
9. Right foot side kick
10. Set right foot down, left hand elbow strike
11. Left hand low suto block (at the left side), right hand suto high block
12. Twist around 90 degrees to the left, left hand suto high block with a right hand suto strike to the neck
13. Right leg front kick and push down with the left hand
14. Step up with the left foot to an hour glass stance, right hand reinforced upper cut. KIIA!
15. Turn around 180 degrees, mountain block.
16. Right leg front kick, right reverse punch, left reverse punch
17. Turn to the right 90 degrees, mountain block
18. Left foot front kick, left reverse punch, right reverse punch
19. Step back with the left foot, then step forward to a left hand reinforced middle block
20. Step forward to a right hand reinforced middle block
21. Step forward to a left hand reinforced middle block
22. Hands in chamber at both sides, grab for a knee strike. KIIA!
23. Step around 180 degrees to a left foot forward double knife hand block
24. Step back with the left foot, then step out with the right foot forward to a double knife hand block. KIIA!
