PINAN II

1. Step into a left foot forward back stance, hands chamber at the right side, bring right hand up to a high block and left hand to a middle block.

2. Right hand upset-punch.

3. Bring left leg up to a crane stance; step out into a horse-stance, left hand middle punch.

4. Step into a right foot forward back stance,· hands chamber at the left side, bring left hand up to a high block and right hand to a middle block. V

5. Left hand upset—punch.

6. Bring right leg up to a crane stance, step out into a horse-stance, right hand middle punch.

7. Step to a 45 degree angle with the left foot, then with the right foot. Hands go into chamber at the left side.

8. Back fist, right leg side kick. Step with right leg so that both feet are together, then step into a left foot forward double knife hand block.

9. Step forward with right foot to a double knife hand block.

10. Step forward with left foot to a double knife hand block.

11. Push down with the left hand, step forward with right foot to a knife hand pierce, KIIA.

12. Turn 270 degrees to the left to a double knife hand block.

13. Step out 45 degrees with the right foot to a double knife hand block.

14. Turn 135 degrees to the right to a double knife hand block.

15. Step out 45 degrees with the left foot to a double knife hand block.

16. Step back with the right foot, right hand low block—scoop.

17. Back leg front kick, left hand reverse punch, inside—outside middle block.

18. Back leg front kick, reverse punch. V

19. Step forward, reinforced middle block, KIIA.

20. Turn 270 degrees to the left, low block, suto strike.

21. Step 45 degrees with the right foot, high block.

22. Turn 135 degrees to the right, low block, suto strike. * n

23. Step 45 degrees with the right foot, high block.

24. Right hand reverse punch, KIIA.
