Third Fighting Form
1. Step with the left foot into a left foot forward fighting stance, reverse punch
2. Maintain this same stance, right foot sweep to your opponents front foot, left round house kick
3. Right spin hook kick landing onto a right foot forward stance
4. Low-high roundhouse kick, step-up hook kick, reverse punch KIA
5. Look over right shoulder, turn body 270 degrees to the right into a right foot forward fighting stance
6. jab, reverse punch, duck and circle (right to left), left hook punch
7. Look over your left shoulder, turn 180 degrees to the left in a right foot forward fighting stance
8. jab, reverse punch, duck and circle (right to left), left hook punch
9. Look over left shoulder, turn 90 degrees to the left into a left-foot forward fighting stance, reverse punch
10. Back leg front kick dropping into a right foot forward stance, spin-hook kick all the way back into a right foot forward stance, back leg low-high roundhouse kick step-up hook kick reverse punch KIA
11. Look over left-shoulder sidekick with left foot to the left, reverse punch, sliding side-kick
12. Look over right-shoulder sidekick with right foot to the right, reverse punch, sliding side-kick
13. Look over left shoulder turn 270 degrees to the left into a left foot forward fighting stance
14. Backfist with the left hand, reverse punch
