1. Step out to the left to a left foot forward back stance, inside-outside middle block

2. Step to left foot forward front stance, right reverse punch

3. Step 90 degrees to the right, right arm grab left forearm strike

4. Step 90 degrees to the right, right foot forward back stance, inside-outside middle block

5. Step to right foot forward front stance, left reverse punch

6. Step 90 degrees to the left, left arm grab-right forearm strike

7. Step forward with the right foot, reinforced middle block

8. Step forward with the left foot, low cross block

9. Step over with the left foot, high cross block, wrist lock and break, grab and pull, left hand palm heel strike

10. Step forward with the right foot, right reverse punch, KIA

11. Turn around 180 degrees crescent kick, low block

12. With hands in front, dynamic tension – extend the left arm

13. Right foot circle kick to the left hand, right elbow strike

14. Step up into an hour glass stance, reinforced middle block KIA

15. Reinforced upper cut

16. Look over your left shoulder, low block with left hand

17. Hands go into chamber at the waist, jump and turn 180 degrees to the left, land in a low cross block

18. Step out with the right foot, reinforced middle block KIA

19. Turn 180 degrees to the left, groin grab with the right hand

20. Groin pull, go into back stance

21. Bring your feet together and raise your right hand over your head to display

22. Turn on the balls of your feet 180 degrees to the left, groin grab with the left hand

23. Groin pull, go into back stance

24. Bring your feet together and raise your left hand over your head to display, back to joon-bie
