SECOND FIGHTING FORM

1. Step with left foot at 45 degrees, right low block, left reverse punch, fighting stance.

2. Step with right foot at 45 degrees, left low block, right reverse punch, fighting stance.

3. Right leg front kick, step forward fighting stance.

4. Left leg fake front kick-roundhouse kick, step forward fighting stance.

5. Step right foot to left, left hook kick (high) (KIIA) reverse punch, fighting stance.

6. Turn 90 degrees to left, jab, right reverse punch, right foot spinning back kick, fighting stance.

7. Right jab, left reverse punch, left foot spinning back kick, fighting stance.

8. Turning 90 degrees to the left block face and reverse punch low, fighting stance. Reverse punch, high left hook punch, fighting stance.

9. Left back fist (stepping right leg in back of left) left side kick, (KIIA), reverse punch, fighting stance.

10. Step right foot forward, turn 180 degrees to the left, left back fist, right (neck) suto strike, (right) back leg front kick, (KIIA), step into fighting stance.
