TMAF Halloween Party at the Fallbrook Dojo!
It's that time of the year again! We will be having our annual Tri-Martial Arts Halloween Party at the Fallbrook Dojo this year as usual. Dress-up in your Halloween costume and bring something yummy to eat. There will be a huge jumpy, games, food, and fun times! It is on Saturday the 29th of October. The party is from 1:00-4:00pm. Congratulations to Aiden!
Aiden Karatas recently went to a Martial Arts competition at the USKA California State Championships in San Bernardino. Aiden represented the Towey's Academy of Martial Arts class in Oceanside. Aiden took 1st place in forms and 2nd place in sparring. He received an invitation to go to nationals in Albuquerque, NM in March of next year. Aiden is a hard worker and always shows up to class ready to learn and to help fellow students as well. His hard-work and training at the martial arts class in Oceanside has paid off and has shown immensely. Good Job Aiden!
Okinawan Karate and Kobudo Tournament
Warriors, there will be a tournament that you can attend that will be at the Rush Gymnasium in Gardena, CA on July 30th (Saturday). There are three areas that you can compete in. Kata, Kumite(sparring), and Kobudo (Okinawan weapons). If you would like to participate click the link below to download the PDF file of the registration form. Private Classes now being offered at the Dojo!
Sensei Tim is now offering private classes to be held at the dojo during the week. There are a couple plans in which you can do so. You can either pay $65/hour or $200 per month. You can choose a spot Monday-Friday 8:00 - 5:00. Each session is a one on one 1-hour workout. Your class and session will be designed for whatever you need whether it be for self-defense, mental discipline, spiritual progression, weight loss, etc... This is a one in a chance opportunity to learn from Sensei Tim personally and become the true warrior you are!

Congrats to Steve on his 2nd Degree
Steve Statzer did an awesome job on Saturday and received his well-deserved 2nd degree black belt. He put in a good effort and showed off all of his forms plus did a bout in sparring as well as in grappling. Steve has been a great influence on the federation as an instructor and we hope to see great things come out of his class. Good Job Steve!
Fallbrook Christmas Parade!
It's that time of the year again warriors! We have yet another Christmas Parade to attend to this year. There is certain things you need to know though before we venture out into the parade.
WHEN: Saturday, December 4th, 2010.
WHERE: In front of "Costello's Auto Repair" off of West Aviation in Fallbrook . (look at map) Costello's Auto Repair's address is
TIME: Meet at 4:00 P.M.
WEAR: You will be wearing your martial arts uniform. BUT make sure you wear shoes and socks for it will be cold as well as wear a sweater underneath your uniform top. Also you can bring gloves and a beanie if you so desire.

Alex Towey’s 3rd Degree Black Belt Test
After 7 years of work with the Towey's Academy of Martial Arts and the Tri-Martial Arts Federation, Alex Towey will be testing for his 3rd degree black belt.

TMAF 2010 Halloween Party
Get on your Halloween costumes warriors and get ready for a fun day at the Towey Ranch for some prizes, food, and great fun!
Where: Towey Ranch (2860 Hwy 76, Fallbrook, CA 92028)
When: Saturday, October 30th, 2010 from 2 - 6 P.M.
Make sure you dress up in your favorite Halloween costume because their will be prizes for costumes. We will have games and all kinds of activities to do while attending. Also bring your favorite Halloween dish and it can be as unhealthy as you want! I hope to see you all there!

Join your fellow classmates this Saturday for a clinic that covers all aspects of Martial Arts! From fencing, archery and weapons to forms, sparring and sparring techniques. We will break at 12 for a BBQ, so bring a side dish and a 5$ fee! We look forward to spending this Saturday with you and your family, hope to see you there!
