There will be: grappling, archery, forms, meditation, sparring, and more! This is an excellent opportunity for the students to improve them-self mentally, physically, and spiritually as well. We have recieved a lot of great feed back on our previous clinic we had and we really would like it if you could show up and learn something new with your classmates. There will also be a BBQ around high noon/12:00 P.M. so that we can refresh ourselves for some more training. If you are interested please come on out and have a fun time with your friends, family, and fellow warriors.
